- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the Riviera inn resort.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of staying at the Riviera inn resort. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.
- PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
- Accommodation will only be provided to guests who are registered at the Riviera inn resort reception desk.
- Guests are provided with a room key upon arrival and registration at the Riviera inn resort reception desk.
- Extra mattress will be provided for an extra person as per actual charges.
- Pets are not allowed in the premises.
- Food will be provided only at the dining area. No room service is available.
- Outside eatables are not allowed.
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the resort, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the resort, the resort reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
- Guest shall be liable for any damage and it will be charged as actual and to be paid immediately.
- If room cleanliness is spoiled due to overconsumption of alcohol Rs-2000 is to be paid immediately for cleaning. Guest shall keep the room and premises in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Use trashcans only for waste and empty water bottles.
- Guest are requested not to make any noise pollution after 10 pm.
- Riviera inn resort is not responsible for guest’s luggage and belongings as well any nuisances created in the premises or water area. No claims will be provided under any circumstances by the resort.
- Transportation is provided on a chargeable basis for sightseeing and trekking.
- Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled.
- Certain policies are specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
- Any misconduct during the resort breaches the terms and conditions will be reported to the police.
- Riviera inn resort have the right at our own discretion to remove any content that we feel our judgment does not comply with these terms and conditions.
